On Wednesday October 26, 2011, OBSCENE JEANS CORP  (OTC:OBJE) shares soared 12 cents or 46.15% to $0.38 after company said that it is set to complete the acquisition of the budding social media analytics firm, A-Plus Technologies.

Obscene Interactive as a division of Obscene Jeans Corp. which is involved in creating innovative technology tools facilitating services to the rapidly developing social media sector parallel to the eminent companies like Linkedin Corp. and Pandora Media Inc., is a springing worldwide developer of social media tools and applications.

A-Plus Technologies operates the proprietary algorithms in collecting valuable consumer trends and data from global social media platforms in real time. The respective collected data further enables the clients in improvising their marketing strategy for their products to their customers thereby rendering a profitable business to the respective brands.

OBJE CEO Rachel Stark-Cappelli expressed that they are excited about the closing in on the acquisition of A-Plus Technologies, since the acquisition of A-Plus Technologies’ game-changing business model and expertise was the key strategy of Obscene Interactive in order to achieve early market share in the $10 billion social media market.
