A123 Systems, Inc.  (NASDAQ:AONE) lost 0.19 (-5.35%) to $3.36 following the stock was downgraded by analysts at Goldman Sachs from a “neutral” rating to a “sell” rating.

Badger Meter, Inc.  (NYSE:BMI)fell 5.69 (-16.99%) to $7.81 after analysts at Janney Montgomery Scott downgraded the stock from a “buy” rating to an “neutral” rating.
