GRID CLOUD SOLUTIONS Shares Slump 30%


GRID CLOUD SOLUTIONS INC   (PINK:GRDC) is likely to develop solar power on lands in prime regions available for transmission capacities totaling over 10 MW of ground mounted photovoltaic projects. Th solar energy project, is located in Ontario, Canada, which is expected to get permission under the province’s renewable energy promoting Feed-In-Tariff program. The project is likely to generate over $7.8 M per annum in revenues for Grid Cloud Solutions.

Mr. Danny Wong, CEO of Grid Cloud CEO, commented that the company’s continues to secure the rural lands closest to areas of transmission.

The company further offers comprehensive design, development and management services to the Biomass, Solar Thermal & PV and Wind energy industry.

Shares of GRDC slumped 30% to $0.014 on hefty volume of 6.61 million shares, compared to its average volume of 516K shares.
